Our relish is made using local tomatoes and zucchinis and a mix of spices. It's made in small batches from a family recipe. It's a gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan-friendly product, and it packs a flavour punch. We make it in our café, where we showcase this product with most dishes that we serve our guests.
